I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
We celebrated Easter here and still had knee/thigh high snow in the backyard that we tossed the eggs into for the hunt. I told my kids to bring snow boots, but snow pants were definitely in order. It was interesting to say the least.
For today’s layout I started by looking through some older Easter photos and landed on these that turned into a sports layout. lol That is how I work.
The little guy got this fun little t-ball toy for Easter.
So I dug into my sports stash and came out with these awesome sports hashtags.
Above my title I used the hashtags; baseball, homerun & allstar over the top of a nested star that I covered with white chalk marker first and then over that used yellow gel crayon.
I used the same technique on this No.1 hashtag but with blue gel crayon. I also added some of these cool wood veneer baseballs to each of my embellishment clusters.
The finishing touch for my layout was the fantastic gold acrylic stars.
I love all the different sizes! I think the tiny ones are my favorite.
