Hello scrappy friends! Tracy here and today I have a bright and cheerful layout to share created with some bold and fun chipboard from Creative Embellishments. Here are all of the details.

Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L- Dual Tip Glue Pen, E-Z Runner Ultra, Thin 3D Foam Squares, Crafty Foam Tape, 3D Foam Squares
I created a simple layered background using patterned paper, patterned strips and an off kilter piece of white cardstock. Splatter the white cardstock using coordinating sprays. Let dry.
Using circle dies, cut the photo and a larger pink cardstock mat.
Cover all of the chipboard pieces using an embossing pad and black embossing powder. Add the photo and mat in behind the frame using liquid adhesive. Adhere to the layout using foam tape.
Add pieces of patterned paper behind the sections of the Chevron Border. Then adhere it up the left hand side of the layout. Adhere the title just below the matted photo. Finally add embellishments around the layout and title.
