Hello crafty friends! Tracy here and today I have a simple yet pretty little layout to share featuring some fabulous chipboard pieces from Creative Embellishments. Here are all of the details.
Creative Embellishments Chipboard Used:
Fancy Circle Frame
Travel Word Set
Other Products Used:
Embossing Pad
Emerald Creek Crafts Embossing Powder- Midnight
Prima- patterned paper, flowers and ephemera
Cardstock- White
Paper Distresser
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L- Adhesive Dots Micro, 3D Foam Squares, Crafty Foam Tape, E-Z Runner Ultra
I started this simple but pretty layout by created a layered background using patterned paper. I torn the edges of 2 layers of the white patterned paper and adhered them to the bottom of the layout and rolled the edges for more depth. Next I added a narrow strip of the navy patterned paper to the bottom of the layout.
Double mat the photo in white cardstock and distress the edges. Adhere together using foam tape for more dimension. Set aside for now.
Cover the 2 chipboard pieces used, using an embossing pad and navy embossing powder. Add the circle frame to the right hand side of the layout and add the matted photo on top of that using foam tape. Add the Escape title to the left of the matted photo.
I added the small torn and distressed banner to the top right hand corner of the layout and also added some die cut embellishments. Add flowers and other die cuts around the matted photo.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
