Hi!
Angela back today to share a dance layout with you.
I picked up a lot of things I thought would go good on my dance layouts from the Creative Embellishments store and I’ve used a lot of them on this layout.
I started with my background and the Music To My Ears stencil. I used 3 different bright colors of dylusions ink sprays and just had a bit of fun, not really worrying about how it turned out because I knew a large portion would end up covered with photos and other embellishments.
It tuned out fantastic and I had a hard time covering it. lol
This title piece ‘Music is the strongest form of Magic’ was perfect for my daughter and the many photos I have of her dancing. Watching her dance really is magical. She feels the music deep in her soul and she is able to bring the audience in with her. The amount of emotion she can pull out of you at one dance recital is really quite amazing and wonderful.
I used Mr Hueys gold color mist again here on the word magic and then used some green Glimmer Mist on the word Music. I love the way this glittery mists/ink sprays sit on the chipboard. It absorbs most of the ink but the glitter just stays on top doing it’s thing and it is wonderful!
I gave my title a bit more pop with pop-dot adhesive to raise it up off my layout.
I wanted the phrase ‘you shine’ and word ‘inspire’ to be secondary to my title so I colored them both with a white chalk marker. Then I added some fabulous wood veneer music notes and my oh so loved (and running low so I’m going to need more!) acrylic red hearts.
Finish up with a bit of hand journaling and some black ink around the edges.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
