Hello!
Angela here today with this super fun layout.
We get a lot of snow in my area so I knew I could put the snowflake and winter designs to good use.
I used quite a few of them on this layout.
These pictures of my son playing in the snow are perfect for a fun winter layout. I started with the photos and a sketch by Kelly Feldman, then I started pulling out all of my wonderful goodies from Creative Embellishments! I knew I wanted to use the Frosted Blue Snowflakes on this, but I kept looking through my goodies and picking out more and more.
I picked two of the words from the Snow Word Set for my title. I wanted to do something a little different because I feel like I sometimes get in a title rut, so combining Frozen with Wonderland was a good combo for me. I used my chalk marker on Frozen and blue liquid pearls on Wonderland. You can see that I added a few Frosted Blue Snowflakes and some Winter Flair to help bring the eye to my title.
I really love using chipboard and wood veneer bare when it goes with my layout so with the Snowflake Page Corner I chose to use stickles on the main snowflake in the corner, then used white liquid pearls on the scrolls coming out from it and left the other snowflakes bare.
Using black ink around my edges and a black matte for my main photo really helped my elements pop off my page.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
