Hello scrappy friends! Tracy here, and today I have a fun little birthday layout to share. Here are all of the details.

Embossing Pad, White Embossing Powder, Glitter Dots and Pearls, Pink Paislee- Horizon Collection, Cardstock (White, Purple, Mauve), Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L (Thin 3D Foam Squares, E-Z Runner Grand, Adhesive Dots Micro, Crafty Foam Tape, 3D Foam Squares)
First I created a simple layered background using cardstock. Then added narrow strips of striped patterned paper around the edges of the layout. I matted the 4×6 photo in white and then mauve cardstock and cut pieces of patterned papers to sit under the matted photo. Add the patterned pieces, and then add the matted photo using foam tape.
Cover the chosen chipboard pieces using an embossing pad and white embossing powder. Then cut pieces of patterned paper to fit in behind each of the banner pieces. Add the banners to the top of the layout using thin foam squares.
Add the birthday sentiments to the right of the matted photo using adhesive dots. Then start adding the final bits and pieces around the layout.
