Hello scrappy friends! Tracy here and today I have a pretty little layout to share using chipboard in a very quick and simple way. Here are all of the details.

Creative Embellishments Chipbooard Used:

Berry Frame 3
Gorgeous Small Border Word Set

Other Products Used:
Prima- Poetic Rose Collection (patterned paper, flowers, ephemera, gems)
DecoArt Acrylic Paint- White
Paper Distresser
Cheesecloth
Burlap Ribbon
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L- Crafty Foam Tape, Creative Photo Corners Kraft, E-Z Runner Grand, Adhesive Dots Medium)
Cardstock- Kraft, White

With this layout I wanted to do a quick and easy treatment to the chipboard pieces. I wanted to keep that kraft brown colour of the chipboard tp coordinate with the rest of my layout. Using a dry brush technique and white paint, I dusted the outer edges of the Berry Frame. Just lightly, to pick up the design.
I did the same treatment to the burlap flowers I had on hand.

Then I painted the swirly ends of the small border word.

I created a simple layered cardstock background, tearing a section of the white cardstock out and adding patterned paper in behind. Then I took the white wood patterned paper and cut it into “planks”. I distressed the edges of all the pieces and tear the ends, creating a curvy background design. I adhered all of these “planks” using foam tape to the background.

I added a few more patterned paper layers and the crumpled burlap ribbon, then adhered the Berry Frame to the page. Triple mat the small photo and adhere on top of the frame using foam squares.

Add flowers on cheesecloth, and other embellishments to the layout using adhesive dots. Add the border word to the bottom of the layout.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
