Today I am featuring Christmas cards. I plan on sending more cards than usual this season because of the limitations in travel and gatherings allowed due to COVID. These restrictions are making Christmas card lists rather long this year.
It’s a great reason to pull out some fabulous chipboard pieces and get crafty. Here are the chipboard pieces I used on the cards today: Merry Christmas Titles, Mini Berry Wreaths, Sleigh Bells.
The first card above, features the Sleigh Bell chipboard set . The strap has been inked and the bells and buckle were embossed with gold embossing powder and heat set.
The “Merry Christmas” sentiment is from the Merry Christmas Titles chipboard set. This set is wonderful because it comes with five sets of words in different festive fonts. These have all been heat embossed with gold as well.
The card below also features the “Merry Christmas Sentiment” from the Merry Christmas Titles chipboard set, but the chipboard has been painted with cream colored acrylic paint.
Creative Embellishments releases new designs often and the last card has one of the newest additions to the Christmas designs ; Mini Berry Wreaths. This has been painted with acrylics. Very simple.
The cards were made using Maja Design papers from Sweden. The die cuts are from Spellbinders.
