I am excited to bring you another layout created with lots of CE goodies!
I started by covering the Ciao bella paper with clear gesso, then distressed the edges.
I used light paste with Flourish Stencil 3 along the side of page
I painted the bubbles with blue paint and allowed to dry. I then applied white paint. Once the paint was dry I used sand paper to remove parts of the white paint to get a distressed beachy look.
I kept with the beachy look by applying the same technique using green paint to the the distressed circle border and nautical corner.
I used beige paint with the title piece.
