Start by covering the clock and the bricks in Distress Texture Paste, and let dry. Then I sprayed them using a grey mister. Then splatter them with grey and white paint to create that flecked stone look. Once the pieces are dry, dust the edges of everything with Frayed Burlap ink.
Cover the “Destination” title using black embossing powder, I used 2 coats to get a very glossy enamel look.
Cut the black floral pattern to 11×11 and distress the edges using a paper distresser. Then using a wide bristled brush, dry brush on white paint in the middle and lightly in from the edges. Adhere this to the white patterned background.
I created the brick background using Thin 3D Foam Squares onto the patterned background. Use your photo as a guide. to where to place the bricks. Add the clock to the top right hand corner of the layout. Save a few bricks to add to the cluster in the top left hand corner.
Add the matted photo using foam tape, and add embellishments around the photo and bricks.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
