Kathy Mosher back with you today from the Far North State of Alaska.  Yes, it is cold, but not much snow…yet.  Soooo, “”Jolly Ole St. Nicholas Lean Your Ear this way.  Don’t you tell a single soul what I’m going to say!”  This photo is totally unrehearsed of my niece Bre, she just had so much to tell Santa and it was all a “SECRET” that nobody could hear.  How precious.  Thank you so much dear Sis for letting me scrap this special photo.

This layout is hosed down with glitter and shine, I wished you could see it in person.  It sparkles everywhere.  I finally pulled out my highly coveted Blue Fern Studio “Vintage Christmas” paper collection and used the “Wonderland” sheet because of the Christmas Tree at the bottom of the page.  In the center of the page at the bottom of the photo matting I used this gorgeous chipboard called Scroll Set 1 which comes in a set of two.  I used Ranger’s “Snowflake Tinsel” Embossing Powder to alter the piece to make it really sparkle.

The pictures never do glitter justice, but you can see the little specks.

I matted the photo with another BLS Red and White striped paper and then placed a Creative Embellishments chipboard Doily Frame Set 2 the 6″ diameter size in the center under the photo.  I used the Ranger’s “Snowflake Tinsel” embossing powder for this chipboard piece as well.

You can’t miss the beautiful bright red glittery bow in the center on top of the photo.  You should see it NRL.  It is STUNNING!!!!!  I used the BFS (Blue Fern Studio) “Santa’s Suit” Embossing Powder that is pure magical glitter in embossing powder.  This piece of chipboard is called the Ribbon Garland

This bow is all glittery and sparklery!!!!

I fussy cut some little goodies from cut apart sheets with the paper collection like the gingerbread house, little girl throwing snowballs, etc.  I added some Prima flowers from this year to add to the Vintage, Victorian look I was hoping for.  I also added some German Dresden Trims that are beautifully embossed and die cut foil paper trims also known as Victorian Scrap.  These opulent creations have been continuously made in Germany on machines that are from 60 to 200 years old.  I placed them beside the gorgeous chipboard piece Holly and Berry Flourish which comes in a set of 2.  I cut one of the pieces into thirds, painted them and used some pretty little red gems for the berries.

I truly hope you are able to enjoy the blessings of the Holiday Seasons as they descend upon us.  I love Christmas and all that it stands for.  I love the music, decorations, smells, lights, snow, magic, presents, Church Service on Christmas Eve, anticipation, oh and did I say “magic”….Jolly Ole Saint Nicholas Lean Your Ear this Way.  Don’t You tell a Single Soul What I’m Going to Say…….Happy Holidays Everyone!!!!!!!!
