Hello dear friends!!! I’m back today with a new layout featuring a photo taken by my niece Dani Ulstad who has her own photography design studio called Ronny and Rene Photography Designs The couple featured is my nephew (who is Dani’s twin brother) and his fiancé, Claire. Aren’t they a stunning couple? They did a photo shoot in Sedona, Arizona that has some exquisite photos that I hope to share in the future. For this layout I wanted to use the rich, dramatic new paper collection from Prima call “Midnight Garden”. You really can’t tell, but the background paper is a deep, deep wine.
I was in fussy cut heaven creating this layout!!!! I started with a couple of paper matts behind the photo then added the Doily 2 behind the photo. This doily is so detailed and intrically cut, it is stunning. I embossed it with a rich copper embossing powder.
Along the right side of the layout I used the Flourish Set 5 which is heat embossed with a pale beige powder. The smaller piece in the set I cut up and inserted in various places around the flower clusters that I fussy cut.
Getting the placement of the flowers, etc., is not an easy job for me, but so much fun. Thank you for joining me today. I hope you will stop back to see all the other wonderful creations of our fabulous Design Team. Stay warm and safe. Till next time!
