Happy Almost New Year Dear Friends!!! I’m back to share my last layout for 2018. Here’s my oldest Grandson and is his first Christmas 9 years ago. What a cutie pie!!!
I used a combination of Anna Griffin Tartan plaid and Bo Bunny Christmas Paper Collections for the background paper, added some corrugated cardboard, cheesecloth, doilies and stickers. On the left side of the layout I wanted to used the Fairy Dust Stencil to dance behind the Jumping Deer. I painted the deer with a steampunk copper acrylic paint first then used a glittery embossing powder to make them glow off the page.
On the right side of the layout is where the fun begins!!! I framed the photo with a paper doily from behind then chose the Pine Needle Wreath to use on top. I painted it first with a gorgeous metallic acrylic paint, then splattered it with gesso to look like snow. I added little red berries as well.
Then I added a pretty little red bow and added those adorable Jingle Bells which I painted a bright metallic gold and added glitter on top.
This was a really a fun layout to make, lots of chipboard and fun techniques. I hope you like it and will stop by again to see other inspiration from the Design Team from the Creative Embellishments. Happy New Year Everyone!!!
