Happy November All! I’m sharing with you today a design team project for Creative Embellishment, a fall themed pail that I plan on using as a table centerpiece. My husband picked me up a few of these cute little wooden pails at a garage sale over the summer and I thought it’d be perfect decorated for the fall months.

 First I filled the inside of the pail with moss to give it that outdoor feel. Then I glued a few red, green and yellow fabric leaves that I bought at the dollar store to the inside of the pail, so they would poke through the moss a bit. Next I started arranging the pumpkins and gords into place on top of the moss. I used little bits and pieces of a fall floral spray to fill in the gaps.

I used the Wooden Acorns from CE and added them in between the pumpkins. On the front of the pail I adhered matching color pearl bead sprays that I purchased at Michael’s. Then I coated the title “Harvest” from the Happy Harvest word set with gold colored inka gold. Lastly I sprinkled some white distress stain over the entire pail to add some extra color.
