Happy hump day! Hope everyone is staying warm as this arctic blast moves on its way. It looks like we may have another day of this stuff. I think it should be winding down tonight .The kiddos even have another day off from school so that the clean up goes smoothly. The temps are still very dangerously low.
Today I am sharing this 3″x 4″ Soar card. We have been very busy these past few time which leaves us with little time for designing . I am hoping to have some time this weekend for more designing.
I am also sharing this December Daily page 21. We started our traditional cookies and goody baking on the weekend before Christmas. I am getting a little closer to finishing this mini and when I do I will be one happy chick.
I swiped a stazon jet black ink pad over the bricks of both the chimney and fireplace and let some of the natural chipboard show through. I then added a bit of white Tim Holtz distressed paint for more interest. For the fire I used distress inks in red, orange and brown ink. I added distressed red and gold stickles. I used white acrylic paint and gesso for a texture snowy look and then added stickles. I applied Tim Holtz distressed paint to the wood mustache.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a creative Wednesday!
