Happy Monday CE Friends! I hope everyone’s weekend was full of fun memories. We are working on a new product to add to our store in addition to the chipboard and wood. Stay tuned for a reveal in the next couple days.
Today I am sharing a couple more pages I worked on this weekend in my December Daily. I am hoping to catch up completely by the end of the week. Page 9 is a photo of our pink tree. We finally put it up. We usually put it up the day after Thanksgiving but it didn’t work out that way this year. We wanted to do a little cleaning in the room the crawl space is off of that the decorations are in. We bought the pink tree last year and it is our second year with it up. I have 3 trees but a small house so I can’t enjoy all 3 at the same time. The other 2 are green.
In this picture the tree looks orange. It’s my not so great editing skills. Well for that matter photography skills not so good either. I altered the title, the little dark ink wood tree and ornament using Tim Holtz distress paints. I used acrylic paint made by Dusty Attic for the larger tree.
Day 10 picture is from my daughter holiday program. Jolie is in the choir this year. The choir and band teamed up from grades 6,7 and 8th to put together this program of course with the help of a few teachers. It was a nice program. Jolie’s class sang 2 songs. The songs were One Candle and Heart and Soul. The kids wore gloves that glowed in the dark.
I altered the chipboard pieces with Faber Castell big artist pen and red acrylic paint. The snowflakes I used Tim Holtz distress paints.
