I hope you’re all staying warm where ever you are.
Today my layout is about these mule deer that were hanging out in our backyard.
It was fun to look out the window and find them just chilling back there. I think they were enjoying the leftovers in our and our neighbors gardens.
To start my layout I used the Falling Leaves Stencil on my background paper.
It has 2 different shapes of leaves on it but I stuck with the maple leaves and then used my gel crayons and rubbed the colors into each other to get a slightly different look for each leaf.
Then grabbed a sketch by Rochelle Spears.
For my title I layered the word Fall from Autumn Sentiments over this big leaf from the Falling Maple Leaves set. I colored them both with gel crayon to get that awesome color.
I used gel crayon on this piece as well, from the Pumpkin Corners set. It was fun to mix the different colors in there to get a fun fall look.
The leaves here are from the same Pumpkin Corner set as the piece above and colored in a similar way. Then I added this gorgeous pumpkin flair button from the Fall Flair Buttons. It just sets off my whole layout.
