Hello everyone!! Jenn here sharing some crafty, grungy, fun with you! For this project I have altered a journal cover using some amazing chipboards from CE combined with waxes, inks, and molded embellishments.
This is an average sized journal full of lined paper. I coated the entire journal in black gesso. Once the gesso was completely dry I added some paper to the front to create a texture look to my background. My chipboards and other embellishments were added and then covered in black gesso as well. The final touches were waxes in german silver, gold, and a patina. I added some mica spray as well.
