Hello crafty friends! Tracy here, and today I have a bright and pretty little layout to share. Here are all of the details on how I created it.

I knew that I wanted to use the 6×6 Floral Panel 2 as a backdrop for my 4×4 matted photo. So when I covered the panel, I only added the embossing pad around the edge of the piece. Add bright yellow (Sunflower) embossing powder to the panel.
Next I covered the “Happiness” word using an embossing pad and mint green embossing powder.
Create a simple layered background using patterned paper and white and yellow cardstock. Next I added the floral panel to the middle of the layout. I added the 4×4 matted photo in the middle of the panel using foam tape.
Next I began adding the chipboard sticker frames from the Pink Fresh Collection across the layout diagonally, overlapping them. Add the title piece and the ephemera title piece below the matted photo. Finally I added coordinating gems, glitter dots and pearls around the layout.
