Good morning!
My favorite place is the beach and I take lots of photos when I am there

 

I began by prepping the paper with clear gesso, then used a stencil from my stash with prima blue powder, I then inked the edges paper paper.

 

I cut the title from the paper and inked the edges

 

 

I painted the bubbles white then inked blue

I also painted and inked the Distressed Circle Border.  I added some dyed cheese cloth, flowers, gems, sequins and art stones
