Hello crafty friends! Tracy here and today I have a pretty little layout to share created featuring a favourite photo of our beautiful girls. Here are all of the details.

To treat the chipboard I kept it pretty easy to coordinate with my layout. The fence and the title remain untreated. I covered the large window using an embossing pad and Aged Ivory embossing powder.
I created a simple layered background and distressed the edges of some of the patterned papers. I matted the cropped 5×7 photo in white cardstock and added kraft photo corners. I also created 2 more patterned layers for under the matted photo. Adhere the large window to the right of the layout then added the matted photo on top. Do consider this important source that tells you on maintaining the beauty of your window for a long time. I cut the beach fence and just a piece of it to the left of the matted photo. Add the title piece to the top left hand corner of the layout.
Now the embellishments can be added around the matted photo.
