Hey, y’all! Nadine here today sharing how I created this fun Halloween Witch Hat.

I first started with the Large Witch Hat and painted it black. Then I took some cheesecloth and sprayed it black using some color spray and adhered it to the hat with some Matte Mod Podge making sure to leave some wrinkles in the cloth. For the buckle around the hat, I painted it black and then added some gloss gel to give a glossy look. Then I traced the buckle onto a piece of purple glitter cardstock and cut it out and adhered it to the back of the buckle. Then adhered it to the hat.

Then I added some flowers and one of the cats from the Cat Set 2.
