Hello, there all my crafty beauties!! Welcome back to the Creative Embellishments blog. I’ve decided to celebrate the upcoming holiday by making some shaker cards. There are so many who have sacrificed so much for us to enjoy the freedoms we have today. In our modern world, it’s easy to get caught up in the every day. We forget to stop and appreciate what we have. So let’s not forget to take that moment, here is my reminder to you all.
*****Let us begin creating, shall we?!*****
You will want to begin by cutting out your desired paper size for your cards
Then cut out your designer paper to fit the fronts while showing a little edge of white paper
Now use your star stencil with some texture to create the background
While that is drying, distress your shaker pieces
Now splatter down some black ink directly to the designed paper
Then begin piecing together your shakers and add your fillers
Before laying down the shaker pieces, distress the edges of the card and sticker quotes
Now, use your favorite glue and lay down the shakers and quotes
