Welcome back Creative Embellishments Chipboard friends! Tracy here, and today I have a pretty little layout to share, and my final layout with our collaboration with Rinea Foil Paper. Here are all of the details.

Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L- Dual Tip Glue Pen, E-Z Runner Ultra, Adhesive Dots Micro, Crafty Foam Tape, 3D Foam Squares

Start by covering the fairy wings with white paint. Once dry I began adding Rinea Foil to each small section of the fairy wings using a liquid adhesive. Set aside for now. Mat the cropped photo in white cardstock as well as a layer of gold Rinea Foil.
Cover both pieces of the scroll set using pastel pink embossing powder. Then using a liquid adhesive I added a chunky glitter mix along the straight edge of each scroll. Let dry. Finally I covered the “Delight” title piece using Gold Sparkle embossing powder.
Cut a strip of patterned paper to go across the layout, and add small pieces of other patterns to each end. Mask the patterned border, and splatter pink mister onto the white cardstock. Add the matted photo to the layout using foam tape and add the scrolls above and below. I added gems to each scroll for even more sparkle.
Add the title below the patterned strip along with some embellishments.
Adhere the fairy wings to either side of the matted photo using foam squares.
