Good morning!
Since February is a short month we need to double up a couple of days so today you get twice the inspiration on today’s blog post!
Our son graduated last year from high school and before the ceremony we took a few photos!
I love to layer and I often layer my papers but I love the look of layers of chipboard.
I wanted each piece of chipboard to stand out on its own but still be cohesive so I used ink and distress stain in different colors.
I then took some antiquing medium and brushed it on each piece – the distressed harlequin pieces, the punchinella pieces, and the rings for so many things with a foam brush them wiped it off leaving an aged look.
I also added some strips of denim I cut from my husbands old jeans (don’t worry I told him so he doesn’t put them on and find out he is missing a piece lol) for dimension and texture
Thanks for stopping by
