I would love to share a fun project I made for my co-workers this past holiday season. I made these monogram letters to hang off their gift bags. These were so fun to make, lots of layer and lots of paint and great texture.
I made a short video of the layers and creative process.
I used various products and I started with the large letters, I did split a few word sets up but overall I used the Fun Large Letters and the Adore Letters. I added a thick layer of paste.
Using various gears and flourish’s I layered each letter. I used theFlourish 14 and the Flourish 2 on the more elegant ones and medium and mini gears and grunge arrows and arrow banners on more the grungy ones.
After all was said and done I set it aside to dry, I ran to the store and did some other running around and by the time I came back, there were dry enough to start painting, We played secret Santa this year at work and one of the questions was favourite colour, So I tried to match according to the answers on the questionnaire.
These were such fun and neat little gifts, easy to do and personalise, I hope you give them a try sometime. Thank you for stopping by.
