Hello dear friends, I’m back!! It’s Kathy Mosher with another layout. Here’s my sweet little girl who just celebrated her 44 year old birthday yesterday. She is my ginger from birth born in September with the prettiest auburn colored hair and blue eyes. She’s not quite a year old here. I adore this Prima Autumn Sunset collection to showcase all the yummy Creative Embellishment chipboard that I used. Here’s my sweet little Jenny. I am so proud of the lady she has become.
Creative Embellishments has so many wonderful wreath frames to use for the different seasons. The Fall Frame 2 is one of my favorites and one that I used to surround little Jenny’s photo. I used Lindy’s “Desert Moon Copper Pine” Embossing Powder and then rubbed Art Alchemy “Metallique” Wax in “Rich Copper” all over it. Then, when I had all the embellishments (flowers, berries, etc.,) applied to the wreath, I sprinkled gold microbeads all over the leaves using gel medium to help them stay put. In the photos you can see that I was in such a hurry to get the photos taken that the gel medium hadn’t had a chance to dry completely. I also used the Mini Berry Set . These little guys are so cute and were big enough for me to cut into thirds, which is what I did. I then painted them with a gold acrylic paint. I tucked them in around the wreath to add a little more to the wreath. Love!!!
I distressed and inked various layers underneath the photo and used die cut flower ephemera to surround the photo. Love the effect!!!!!
I even added a little bunny rabbit….
In the top left corner I used one of the CE Fall Leave Corners . They come in a set of 2. I gave this piece the same treatment as the frame for the photo. I added a fussy cut squirrel, beads, flowers, and a sweet butterfly.
Fall is my favorite season, it must be the colors, smells, everything. I just love it all. Please stop back to see us again, it was a pleasure to have you visit. Till next time…..
