Welcome back scrappy friends!
Tracy here, and today I am sharing a layout that I created for an upcoming class at a local crop. I don’t normally do double layouts, but thought this would be a great way to share some fabulous vintage techniques with some of my favourite Creative Embellishments chipboard.

A closer look at the first page.
I first treated each piece of chipboard using Distress Spray Stain, Black Soot and Walnut Stain. Then using DecoArt Metallic Lustre, Gold Rush and Espresso I rubbed on some metallic shimmer to bit of each piece. On the title I rubbed the gold all along the bottom of the word. Finally I took the DecoArt teal paint and I watered it down quite a bit. Then with a brush, I brushed on parts of just a few pieces. It then dries in sort of an opaque way.
For ALL of the details on how I created my layout, you can pop on over to my blog HERE for a complete tutorial.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
