Marci Bensing

Hello! This is Marci here with a set of ARTIST TRADING CARDS that will be traded with other crafty friends all over the world.  I just LOVED the inspiration and took it quite literally! I used the following CREATIVE EMBELLISHMENTS products: 2017 Flair button,  ATC tags:  I coated the tags with clear gesso and then stamped with: Distressed TEXT stamp , Distressed GRID stencil: on the left side of each card, I used the stencil w/texture paste.  I hope you can join us this month!

This month I was inspired by the picture to use twine on my page, and I also added some handwriting. I love this Bubble Panel, which I used behind the adorable pictures of my son and in the corner of this layout. My title is from the Baby Time Word Set, and I added a duck from the It’s a Boy Set.

Jennifer Snyder

Hi – Jennifer Snyder here to add my Valentine’s Day love to the February Challenge.  I hope you join us!

Tis the season for love and soft touches.  I have added a variety of fabulous chipboard ( and wood veneer) pieces to this layout- some painted a based coat of soft cream paint while the Doodle Circle Frames have been left natural.  This layout has the following Creative Embellishments pieces: Circle Doodle Frames,  Family BannersDistressed Hearts  and Wood Veneer -Conversation Hearts.

Showing some love this Valentines with a  Large Tag colored with the brilliant Color Bursts from Ken Oliver.  For the twist  I stamped a script stamp onto white card stock, also colored with Color Bursts.  Then I cut the stamping to fit in the Leafy Vine Frame colored with Lindy’s Starburst Mists.  I heat embossed the It’s Our Time ,  Heart Flourish,  the word, love, from the Hope Word Set with Stampendous Shabby Chic White embossing enamel.  Hope to see your piece in our challenge this month!

Another great inspirational board this month and such a fun twist to the challenge. Hand written. Well if any of you are like me I hate my handwriting, so fingers crossed I didn’t screw it up, or misspell something. So I made a card and tag set for the challenge and used some vintage looking paper for the base, I also used the Window Shutters 2 and cut the edges apart, it flowed better with the background paper. After I got my layering done, I used the Fishnet Stencil to get more lace effect on the paper. And to finish it off I am famous for deconstructing things. I also cut apart the Flourish 10 to add more leaves in with my flowers. I used some simple “painting” on spray on the chipboard. I feel I can control it better and I don’t waste as much spray. So I hope you play along with month. its a beautiful inspirational picture.

I made a little video for you all

Bev Code

Hi Bev here…. I am sharing a photo of our new home with you on this page. It is based using the Harlequin Lattice inked chipboard. I added lots of floral print flowers from the mood board and the twist is the clipboard looking accent with handwriting on it. The fabulous green tied bow is accented with the vintage flourish set 2 which is ink covered. The title is scrabble type Alphabet Block letters. This page is trimmed with some fab fun stickers and accents along with the Seasons Change Flair button which is added to a cluster.

Hi everyone! For the Feb Challenge I have created a large tag for Valentines Day! I did a wee bit of journaling on it. I used the Large Tag and the Distressed Checkered, Chevron and Text stamps on the background. I also added a Large Clock Face and a sentiment from the True Love Word Set. Have fun playing along and I can not wait to see what you make!!!!!!!!

I was inspired by the vintage and romantic look of the moodboard and decided to create a feminine and shabby chic card. I used an ATC Tag #3 on the background, which I only slightly accented with brown ink. I then attached an Heart Doodle Frame on top of it, which I covered with a layer of silver glitter glue. The tiny Autumn Leaves that I used on my card were also decorated with glitter glue.
