Hello! Nadine here with a Father’s Day Card. Once I saw the Bubbles chipboard pieces I knew right away that I wanted to use them to make the foam for the top of the beer mug. Just don’t tell my husband that I wasted a perfectly good beer just to take the photo of my card. lol
To make the bubbles look more like beer foam, I cover them with some white gesso using a round sponge brush to create a frothy look and then used my heat gun to make it bubble up even more. Then on the outside edges, I added some light orange ink. Adhered the bubbles in layers to the top of the mug that I created using white cardstock and some Matte Gold Foiled Paper from Rinea.
