Hello everyone, Ilene here today to share a layout with you. October just wouldn’t be complete without a Halloween layout, and I found these awesome Zombie chippies in the store and it was love at first sight! My daughter was a Zombie for Halloween last year so it was perfect. And I have one extra zombie left over… just in case when “Walking Dead” comes back (but who’s counting the days?) I feel like scrapping about it 🙂 The paper collection I used is by BoBunny.
For the bottom graveyard scene, I simply painted the chipboard with black acrylic paint and stuck some color coordinated paper for the church windows.
For the zombie on top, I used Dylusions sprays in green and white to create the lime green distressed effect to match the lime green of the paper. And since chipboard is so flexible, I was able to bend his arms so he’s holding the chipboard “Happy Halloween” sign.
Great job! I bought these chip pieces too! I went to the Walking Dead exhibit at Universal this summer and hope to scrap a LO on it.
Thank you! OMG, that sounds so fun. And this chipboard will definitely be perfect for a LO about it! Lucky you!!
