Hello friends and welcome to my final post for Creative Embellishments. It is Karan hosting the blog today. I am continuing with a Christmas card for my final post. I know some friends ask me how to use Chipboard on cards, so here is another sample of a Christmas card where i used the Santa Star Sleigh; Snowflakes; and Lamp post
and really all i did was ink the chipboard sleigh with embossing ink, and heat set with antique embossing powder. This embossing powder has flecks of gold throughout and what a great way to showcase this beautiful Sleigh.
I then lightly inked the edges of the sleigh with vintage photo distress ink. The snowflakes were done exactly the same way.
The light post, i gessoed, dabbed embossing ink randomly and heat set with gold embossing powder.
I tied in some ribbon and gold thread around the lamp post just for added details. Tucked in some snowflakes to coordinate with this months challenge.
Hoping i have inspired you to create some chipboard Christmas cards this holiday season.
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!
