Happy Thursday! Nicolle here today sharing layout. Well its certainly hard to follow Karan’s amazing project from yesterday. I created a layout around Jolie’s first day in the 7th grade. She’s sportin’ some cool blue hair. Blue is her fave color. Her first day of school went well. Having 3 older brothers and a sis that went to the same school many of the teachers know our last name. WE are known as the famous Kramer’s say’a one of her teachers’s. ..haaa I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing. lol Many of the teachers are familiar with us.
I stamped our new cursive stamp image using a Lindy’s turquoise dabber onto the background paper. I then layered our grid stamp over using stazon jet black ink.
I altered our new hot air balloons and new rectangular flourish frame. I first applied gesso to the chipboard pieces. Then I applied Lindys stamp gang in turquoise. I then stamped a criss cross image using jet black stazon ink.
For the flourish corner I applied white 3d stamp paint. The alphabet border was altered with gesso and rock candy crackle medium. The school days title was altered with antique linen distress paint and black ink.
Thanks for taking the to stop by the blog.
Awesome job as always, Nic!
