Hello Crafty friends, summer is just flying us by I have a mixed media card to share with you its Karan here to host the blog today.   I know summer time is filled with BBQs, Weddings, Family get togethers and these are times we Cherish and we are always looking for a quick card to give to the hostess.

 I love the 6×6 Panels as they are perfect for cards.  You can cut them down, cut them up, or use them full size. This card base started as a 5×7 and the panel was cut down. I then  gessoed and dabbed with Faber-Castell Whipped Spackle. I also used the Spackle with a template on the papers.

The photo corners were misted with solar gold and then coloured with Gelatos.

The textured background colour was created with Gelatos.

The hearts were misted with Radiant Rain Solar Gold.
