Happy Saturday! The day has finally come to share our first design team. First I want to thank everyone who applied. It was so hard to pick just 5 we actually added a 6th to the team. Even then I wish we could have added even more. I am hoping to be able to next term. There is so many super talented ladies out there. We will be having another DT call in about 5 months so please apply again.
My goal was to have a very diverse team with all styles to showcase our products. I think I kept my word on that the best I could. Ok …now onto the reveal. I am so excited because every one of these ladies are amazing. Please hop on over and check out their personal blogs. Oh the eye candy!!

I am a SAHM of 5 wonderfully active and creative kids who inspire me every day…when they’re not driving me insane. :-D I love everything to do with paper crafting and enjoy creating tags, cards, layouts, altered art and mixed media projects. I’m an eclectic scrapper and I vary styles regularly since I love everything from CAS to grungy and distressed. Some of my favorite manufacturers are Webster’s Pages, Prima, October Afternoon, Graphic 45, Bo Bunny, MME…the list could go on! lol

michelleHi there, my name is Michelle Gallant, I live in NB Canada with my hubby and two awesome kids. I’ve been scrapping for about 7 years. I went to a class with a friend and it was love at first cut! Scrapbooking has given me a way to let my creative side go wild! LOL I love to play with inks and stamps but I don’t like to get my hands dirty (this can sometimes be tricky)!   I sometimes even scrap on my lunch hour (blush).  Who needs food when you can scrap right???  Scrapbooking has also led me to a love of photography!

“Hello there! My name is Emilia van den Heuvel and I’m a Bulgarian girl, living and working out of the Netherlands. I grew up in the beautiful capital of Bulgaria – Sofia and being a city girl is kind of in my blood. My mom filled our house with books and painting and art journals and she thought me to love all things crafty and artsy.
Before I moved to the Netherlands to be with my husband, I was working as a vet and now I’m a part-time translator, a full-time mommy to my amazing munchkins – Theo and Elise and a passionate crafter. In my spare time you will find me behind my crafty table, reading a book or visiting the next magical place with my family.
I started scrapbooking in 2004 after my first child was born. I think it is the perfect way of preserving our memories. Every single one of my pages is telling a story, which will always remind my children who they are and who we were as a family.

karanHello, my name is Karan Gerber and I reside in south western Ontario with my family.  Hubby Glenn of 19 years and our two boys, Elijah 17 and Galen 14. . My passion for this hobby shows in the projects i create.  My family is the main source of my inspiration, and you will always see their smiling faces adorning my layouts.

I first began scrapbooking when a neighbor invited me to a home party and i have been hooked ever since.  That was over 14 years ago.

I love creating projects that are detail oriented.  I always incorporate texture and layers of dimension whenever I can.  I enjoy adding tucked tags for journal spots and hidden elements that the reader can pull out and learn more about the project and those in the photos.   I enjoy making my own flowers and love experimenting with chipboard. I take a great deal of pride in my work and this shows in my ability to teach classes at Scrapbook Events and Stores, including Art Waves- 2013, Art Waves-2014.  You can currently find me teaching classes at Class Act, in Oshawa, Ontario.

I am currently designing for Heartfelt Creations and am thrilled to be representing Nicolle here at Creative Embellishments.  I look forward to inspiring you with my creativity.

Hi, my name is Sandi Clarkson and I’m married to a wonderfully supportive guy named Dan. We live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area in Texas, USA and have 3 grown daughters, 3 wonderful son-in-laws and a whole bunch of sweet grandkids. I work part-time as an Audiologist in the medical field and love what I do.  Although I have been a crafter of some sort all my adult life, my sister-in-law introduced me to this hobby about 7 years ago and I fell in love! It is truly my passion and I enjoy every minute of it!  My style has changed considerably since I first started but that’s what I really enjoy … learning new techniques and expressing myself though this amazing art form. I am very excited to begin a new adventure here at Creative Embellishments and look forward to hopefully inspiring you. 
 
In 2009 I was pleased to be a co-creator and designer for Stuck on U Sketches  challenge blog for 4 wonderful years. I’ve also has the pleasure of being on a wide variety of Design Teams. I am currently a designer for C’est Magnifique Kit Club and Sketchabilities. I have quite a number Guest Design Team opportunities coming up this year that I’m very excited about .. and a few things that I can’t share yet.  My favorite thing though is Reveal Day! It’s always exciting to share!

I’m Wendy Morris.  Living on the Gulf coast in Daphne, Alabama. Carefree. World traveler. Fearless. Confident. Positive. Full of random adventure. Pianist. Audit manager (but just because I’m an auditor does not mean I am is not a creative soul). Unique yet original. Art runs thick in my blood….everyone in my family can draw. Strong love for photography, fashion, and music and I really focus on this rainbow of inspiration in my creative mojo. I’m always inspired by things around me and make time each day for art….living in the motto to “find inspiration everyday everywhere”.  It’s funny that when I’m not creating I’m usually jotting down ideas for creations later once back in my art room.

Hello, my name is Tammy Henderson. I have 2 wonderful teenagers that keep me going and a wonderful husband; we have been married for 20yrs. I live in the Bootheel area of MO. I’m just a small town girl having a blast in the scrapping world! I have been doing this wonderful craft since 2005 and have been hooked every since. I love all types of art and the different mediums. I think that is the thing that has kept me in love with this craft, because it’s not the same ole thing. Anything goes and the sky is the limit. I absolutely love getting to combine pictures of my loved ones, with my favorite thing in the world ART! I love every minute of it! My favorite embellies to use is chippies and flowers!! I currently design for Flying Unicorn and now Creative Embellishments. So excited and honored to join this team!

NICOLLE KRAMER

nickyMy name is Nicolle Kramer (part owner of CE) and I have been scrapbooking for around 8 yrs. I am a stay at home mom of 4 children. I have 2 boy ages 20,19 and 2 girls as well ages 17 and 11. My hubby Michael (other owner . 😉 ) of 21 yrs is extremely supportive of my hobby. We both love the arts.  I enjoy creating layouts using  many different styles of scrapping. The internet is where I look for inspiration through sketches, color challenges and browsing some really talented ladies blogs.  I find it  fun to learn new techniques and follow trends. I’d like to think I am an ever evolving scrapper who loves using bright bold colors, textures and lots of embellishments to enhance the story being told on my page in a unique and creative way that keeps the viewer continually discovering new details every time they see one of my pieces. I also love to alter different mediums and create tags. I also make the occasional card.  I love everything paper or paper related.
