Scrap your Stash - Use something softHapp Monday CE friends!! What a busy busy weekend. I hope everyone’s was amazing. We are in a deep freeze again but keeping warm.

Today I am sharing a layout I created last minute last night. I remember a day when I was so far ahead of the game. I sometimes I miss those days….well most days. I created a page a picture that was taken on Christmas eve of my sis and I.

I used some chipboard snowflakes, ornaments, flourish tree, Tis the Season title and sister word. I altered the tree with a Tim Holtz distress paint and some stickles.  For the ornaments I dabbed some white picket fence distress paint, then sprayed some mist  and added some white opaque flakes on top for texture. The snowflakes and chippie words I just dabbed some white linen and white picket fence distress paints.

Here’s a closer of the opaque flakes I used on the ornaments for a snow like effect.
