TGIF! Nicolle here, what a week . I haven’t been feeling well and hope whatever this is it passes soon. Tis the season. This weekend will be a busy one reviewing the DT applications and picking just 5 folks.
Onto our featured fans….
First is this amazing alter by Tammy Henderson. She used a bunch of products from our steampunk collection. Everything about this is amazing.
This awesome layout is by Irit Shalom. I love how she used our circle panel as a mask and then used it as well on the layout. Love the sweet photos perfectly placed in our frames.
Thanks ladies for sharing your work with us on our Facebook page. I can’t wait to see what else you create.

I am sharing a couple layouts using one of our new rubber stamps. I was able to mimic the popular and trendy Bokeh effect. My bestie Doris suggested I try..;) Well I think I pulled it off. It sure is fun to play with. I have tried this stamp with mists, faber castell big pitt pen and Tim holtz stains and paints.I know there are other fun mediums to try but I haven’t had the chance to yet.
I created this layout for one of the scrap your stash challenges Webster’s pages has going on. The layout below was made for the use something sticky challenge. I applied orange and pink Faber Castell big pitt pen and sprayed a bit of water for a sort of water color look. To keep with the color them I left the chipboard pieces unaltered.
For this layout I created a monochromatic layout. I used a bunch of green tones. I applied a brass tone of Tim Holtz distress stain to the stamp. I always seem to end up covering most of my background work. I really need to work on that. The chipboard pieces I dabbed on 3 different colors to the flourish tree and a green pitt pen to the flourish.
