Happy Days Layout

Happy Monday CE Friends! Hope everyone’s was good. I definitely had a better weekend then I did week. Nicolle here today sharing a layout  I created with us girlies in it.  Three generations of ladies. My mom, sis, me , and my girls. I took this picture at my daughter’s birthday party.  The party was lots of fun. I make sure to get lots of pictures.

I had a fun time creating the background of this layout. Sort of a chalboard effect with many colors of chalk. I was inspired by Tim Holtz November tags of 2013. He super inspiring to me. I embossed a circle punchinella panel piece with red glitter embossing powder and cut it apart. I put part of it behind my photo and at the bottom of the page. I altered both flourishes with Tim Holtz distress paints.  I applied yellow acrylic paint to the title pieces and the wood butterfly. I stamped a crackle image over the butterfly using a purple Faber Castell big artist pen.
